CC installer launching multiple times to fail

hey guys,

 

i have had around , not find happening client trying install cc for.

 

user has downloaded adobe cc install, when click on installer, starts thinking few minutes , not launch, no error messages or anything, not launch. thought off tried same task manager open , found tries launch installer close 30 times , crashes out having many sessions open.

 

thought might funky installer deleted , re-downloaded installer , tried again , same thing.

 

user's machine running on win 7 pro 32bit os, , has reader dc, photoshop , flash installed.

 

is there missing here?

did try running administrator right clicking , selecting option?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
