Unable to open Lightroom 6 since updating MacBook OS to Sierra.

since updating macbook os sierra can no longer open lr 6 (error message .. ''lr may damaged or incomplete''). suggestions how resolve problem?

after updating os x necessary trash prefs. start quitting lightroom. launch finder , on menu bar click “go” whilst holding down optn(alt) key , choose library. open preferences folder , trash 2 plist files relating lr6 (see image below)

then re-launch lightroom.

n.b. apple hides user library until alt key depressed.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
