What's wrong with my clone tool?

i've been trying edit lines out of film footage clone stamp tool activating clone source overlay, picking correct color, clicking , dragging , painting on lines clone tool, isn't working properly. tool either painting in black or removing pixels, not sure, , instead of painting 1 line, it's painting in two. hope clear enough explanation. i'm frustrated. i've closed down , opened new projects on , over. have computer not having correct graphics card or need reinstall program? suggestions.

have typed clone tool in search field @ top right corner of ae , checked out community resources , files. folks try , use clone tool first time run kinds of problems.

 

if have used clone tool in past please post workflow details , screenshot os , adobe versions down last decimal point.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
