Creative Cloud Installer Error code: 205

hi,

 

i'm trying install creative cloud on imac , installation keeps failing.

 

here message get:

i've read faqs, , have tried disable computer's firewall avast. i've tried installing multiple times , it's still not working.

 

system specs:

 

os x el cpitan version 10.11.6 (15g31)

 

processor: 2.7 ghz intel core i5

 

memory: 16 gb 1600 mhz ddr3

 

graphics: nvidia geforce gt 640m 512 mb

 

 

any advice?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
