Anchor links on Home Page cause whole page to slide left

hello,

 

i set few anchor links on home page, putting 1 anchor on right side of page , other @ same "y" position on left side. since 1 placed on right side caused whole page slide right whenever anchor link clicked on, changed position left side. but, whole page still slides right.

 

i viewed page source code , note 2 problem anchor links "a href" tags contain class="nonblock anim_swing" in middle of tag. other anchor tags working correctly contain class="nonblock".

 

if problem, how can change code?
