Adobe won't License my Software!!

my problem of sudden adobe asking license software (cs6 master collection) ive been using couple of years.

 

so when click on 'license software' , type in serial number, says invalid , contact customer support. difficult find way contact adobe customer support, , ive been directed here!!??

 

why happening? , how use software again have paid for?!

did try using of creative cloud products prior happening?  have way of intruding on perpetually licensed products. 

 

how prevent creative cloud taking on cs6 perpetual license?

you might need uninstall , reinstall.  after uninstalling use adobe creative suite cleaner tool - helps resolve installation problems cs3 thru cs6 , creative cloud: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
