acrobat XI Pro freezes when attempting to scan using Canon D1120


seems every time have not used scanner in 24 hours have problem scanning features.   on printing side works okay.  using canon d1120 printer windows 10.  used windows 7 no problems.  latest version (11.0.17) of acrobat pro xi.  have latest printer drivers (previously removed printer drivers, reloaded, contacted canon no improvement in process).

 

each time want scan, have unplug scanner, restart computer , reattach scanner program work again.   have removed program, reinstalled, changed location of usb connection on computer.  

sorry issue facing. please try solutions available under troubleshooting tips scanner issues when using acrobat . hope resolve issue.
