Videos Slides Get Squished when Rescaling Project

i need change size of project. need add empty space @ bottom of slides. except when rescale project of video slides distort , squished upon both preview , publishing. although fine inside captivate.

 

please me, if there way prevent happening? there way add more space slide without rescaling? have spent 3 weeks working on these presentations job , of video slides unusable when add blank space need add.

 

this beyond frustrating. worse when edited entire movie in premiere , had redo days of work because premiere self destruct files randomly. please, has sort of creative work around "feature"?

use these settings, should not have problem.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
