Ultratax Organizer Printing

when print tax client organizers email pdf file 1st 5 pages 1/3 size should be.  remaining 21 pages fine.  if print paper, fine.  resizing 1st 5 pages not help, sent client still messed up.  ultratax not know how fix this.  1st 5 pages separate part of organizer, seems there must kind of code wrong.  have uninstalled adobe dc , reinstalled it.  have uninstalled old version of adobe 9 pro there no conflicts.  mystery.

adobe dc what? adobe company, dc version, haven't mentioned exact product.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
