the ram  alway used premiere

and premiere shutdown

i don't know happen

pleaese me

 

my os windows10

premiere 2015.4

cup i7 6900k

vga m4000

mb asus x99-deluxe

i have 16gb of ram.  premiere pro cc 2015(version 2015.0.2).  using windows 8.1 intel i5 processor.  premiere uses 13 gb.  there 3 gb left other programs.  normal?  not know.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
