this user user forum. it's true other users  can in cases chat support  can't, if questions old elements versions or specific hardware.

 

in case, it's latest elements version , mac version. dealing problems features face recognition have been modified in last version. there lot of problems linked recent apple os. means there not chance find user can find wrong in case. don't know macs , don't use face recognition (a useless gadget in opinion). advice wait other mac users browse other posts , try give specific troubleshooting help. generic advice in similar cases start minimal setup, new catalog, without face recognition; reset default preferences. there different situations in computers freeze, may take time find pattern present in various feedback issues reports.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
