Premiere Elements 13 trial watermark

hello!  purchased adobe premiere elements 13 abd adobe photoshop elements 13 few weeks before christmas in 2014. had tons of problems, got working summer 2015. has been working fine, lately started freezing , messing lot. today, absolutley not allow me access projects unless accepted free 30 day trial,  did. there huge watermark how made adobe premiere elements trial. purchased full product! can do? please soon, have huge project due august 13th...please help!

something wrong computer. @ least, should download , run malware bytes.

 

i can't imagine situation in purchased product become 30-day trial.

 

what operating system using? have changed hardware or upgraded new operating system, windows 10?

 

what processor computer have , how ram? how free, clean, freshly defragmented space hard drive have?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
