iOS touch event

hi

 

i have started testing director 12 ios publishing. after updating director 12.0.9r149 , otto drop #5, on mousedown has stopped working.

 

how make simple button function ios?

i found mousedown still works touch area of button has move graphic of button has not. if interactive has been scaled 2 top left corner graphics still fits screen. happens when director project 2048x1536 (retina res). make movie in half res (1024x786) graphics , interactive layer scales fit ios screen.

i suppose has "dir_disable_retina" plist , _player.screenscale, setting _player.screenscale 1.0 or 2.0 not change anything.

 

any suggestions?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
