HELP!!! Realtime Preview issue

i going animations, , wanted time them transitions nice piece of music, however, whenever go preview in realtime time transitions, many times doesntplay in realtime messes timeing (the timing dips, using waveform useless). please help!!

1. make sure using latest updated version 13.8.1. great improvement in performance in latest release here: after effects 2015.3 - favorite features on vimeo  @ 00:57

 

2. if not work, see if hardware acceleration in preferences turned on , if is, turn off.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
