Does 2015.4 (Windows) offer any internal process monitoring?

because experience ppro on years has been 1 of continually wondering why stopping-to-think , working-around reasons appears doing so, i'm wondering if adobe offers means of helping users understand ppro thinking of @ given moment?

presently clue task manager , seeing how many cores occupied ppro, , drive load (and correlating drives used cache purpose).

what wonderful, i've asked for, , i'm wondering in 2014.4...

can better insight ppro doing when click on timeline , not respond moving scubber?

or when hit spacebar play, , sits there thinking for-a-full-minute before happens?

if ppro busy , not responding me, i'd know why. can try address , make ppro respond faster. either filing more detailed bug reports, working around problem, or altering settings.

i've got lots of unused ram, , no cpu or gpu pinned. want know ppro doing when pausing.

for example, i'm running win10 , task monitor tells me that...

"one or more threads of adobe premiere pro.exe waiting finish network i/o."

because don't see drives being pinned in task manager, i'm not sure resource can upgrade try ppro.

so if ppro helped me understand doing, try improve drive cache. maybe help.

but don't have clue going on. ppro busy thinking.
