Can't Make a New Illustration

hey! i've been trying hard illustrator work. keeps giving me 2 pop ups, 1 says it's missing plugins , won't let me create new illustration because there problems saving print file. i'm not sure fix this, i've tried uninstalling illustrator twice , i'm close reinstalling creative cloud try , fix it. computer windows computer.  i've attached screenshots errors. can fix can start on work?
