All installed CC apps crash on startup: Photoshop, Lightroom... Windows 10

on initial installation, lightroom cc installed. migrated catalog previous win 7 installation, , lightroom running fine. didn't use cc 2 weeks, , after win 10 update plus installing additional cc apps, none of them (lightroom, photoshop, premiere pro) start properly. cc desktop "wait" cursor moment nothing. win10 start menu, photoshop produces error dialog error 0xc0000142. looking @ win 10 event viewer see 2 error entries when attempting start photoshop:

windows cannot access file  1 of following reasons: there problem network connection, disk file stored on, or storage drivers installed on computer; or disk missing. windows closed program adobe photoshop cc 2015.5 because of error.

photoshop attempting start first time after installation network drive (which exist , there no apparent problems) not yet part of photoshop's configuration. programs installed ok according cc desktop installer, how there be  problem local drive? no disks missing there no other disks, i.e. no cd / dvd drive might for.

 

the same error occurred lightroom premiere pro. @ point, went ahead , uninstalled of cc apps, uninstalled cc itself, ran  adobecreativecloudcleanertool.exe, found nothing else remove. reninstalled cc desktop , photoshop, did not fix startup failure.

 

reinstalling , running lightroom produces error report:

i have noticed similar reports in these forums, not these dlls , windows 10.

 

windows 10 reports is: windows 10 pro version 1511, os build 10586.494

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
