Problems burning project to disc, please help

i've produced half hour-long video organization belong using premiere elements 13.  file size little more 5 gb.  i've tried burning 8 gb capacity disc using of available formats.  software processes content when burning disc begins, sits there indefinitely.  must deliver video number of other organizations soon.  there plenty of room on hard drive, , don't know else can do.  have saved video "my videos" on hard drive , tried burning there video not auto start when disc installed in drive, , video hangs after starting manually.  looking @ faq's, common problem quite complicated answers.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
