After Effects color and green screen issue

i've been having problem primatte keying plugin awhile now...i'm not able select background green color properly. seems it's missing color channel or something.

 

i because today rendered old project, , flame footage not rendering properly...it's coming blue. it's if it's missing color channel, green one. nothing has changed in project since rendered months ago, , when render flame footage blue.

 

considering primatte plugin not working (it's worked fine on year), , blue flame issue has popped up, i'm thinking got screwed recent after effects update (i'm on mac).

 

any chance adobe can take @ this?

i png alpha issue here: re: ae 13.8.1 bug native qt png support. take steps suggested tim.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
