Rendered sections in PE 14

new pe 14 pe 10. problem when render section plays choppy. need stop , start many times me see rendered playback in full motion. appears playback in general choppy or freezes video (audio continues smooth) on layered sections.

 

once published however, final video fine. thoughts?

what processor have , how ram?

 

what model of camcorder video coming , format , resolution it?

 

what project settings (under edit menu)?

 

when add clip beginning of timeline, have yellow orange "render" line above it? indicates that, reason, program unable match project settings video specs, can result poor performance. depends on answers above questions.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
