Encoding mpeg for DVDs

we making switch mac pc (not choice).    1 concern hardware choose maximise ame encode mpeg2 dvds h.264 video. using compressor , it's built in server farm feature rip though encoding decent time. problem don't have pc experiment different setups.  don't have worlds largest budget is's decent enough can design system.

i know ame can use can use graphic cards encode,  can use multiply video cards or can away 1 cards faster encoding?

here first shot @ designing pc adobe cc

operating system -windows 7 professional 64

processor - intel® xeon® e5 2600 v4 processor

memory - 64 gb ddr4

internal drive bays - 2x 1tb sdd

video card - quadro m2000

any assistance great.

thank you,

forget xeon, go decent core i7 faster. geforce cards better quadro premiere, go gaming card - can gtx 1070 same price m2000, , perform faster (more cuda cores).

64gb overkill premiere, 16gb or 32gb plenty. unless doing heavy after effects work, 64gb can beneficial.

1tb not lot of space video content, that's nature of ssd drives. perhaps use ssd boot drive, use high-performance 7200rpm sata video, perhaps 2 drives in raid 0. or go external usb 3.0 video drive glyph or g-tech instance (singe drive, or 2-drive raid faster). , still use 2 ssds internally - use second 1 scratch/media cache premiere.

don't skimp on power supply, geforce cards need beefy power.

thanks
