Adobe Reader XI 11.0.12 update issue

for reason when try's update fails @ 80%.  can not find installation package (c:\programdata\adobe\setup\{ac76ba86-7ad7-1033-7b44-ab0000000001}\acroread.msi).  package see in adobe folder ({ac76ba86-7ad7-1033-7b44-ac0f074e4100}) believe new update, older version in not found @ on computer.  reference in programs , features panel incomplete , not uninstall.  sum up:  can not uninstall or update adobe reader xi on computer because not yet installed, , there no other older versions found on pc.

please refer troubleshooting steps provided in kb doc: fix windows errors occur during acrobat reader update 

 

if still experience issue, can use cleaner tool download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs  remove application , restart system.

then try install adobe acrobat reader link: adobe - adobe acrobat reader dc distribution

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
