Tricked by the Adobe Stock "Free" Trial - RUDE customer service.


i downloaded 10 free images , did not sign continued use, cancelled right away. still charged $29.99 past 2 months , on drew bank account both times. contacted customer service , reluctantly cancelled membership, yet refused refund money not using! cancelled member ship because able show him not show on creative cloud history. doesn't make sense @ , feel have been scammed.  appalled. have been creative cloud member quite while , have never experienced such rude customer service. wish there other programs great photoshop because cancelling subscription because of experience.

i in similar situation ... signed "free" trial , cancelled. have not used subscription discovered week  still being billed every month sizeable fee on credit card hardly ever use... fee way  more cloud subscription. can understand scam operators working not adobe.

 

i have not downloaded images outside initial period.

 

i not happy restricted income , feel not behaviour expect of large international corporation of standing.

i concerned when connected 24 hour support told there technical problems , should recontact in 4-6 hours. found strange operator communicating me , seems roll me on month of subscription..

i way of proceeding this. hundreds of dollars involved take choice australian consumers association , our government regulatory body here in australia if not resolved.
