Color flickering in sequence of identicially processed raws

i have time-lapse sequence taken olympus e-m10, shooting orf files. 10% of pictures show different white balance , tint, resulting in noticeable flickering. whole sequence processed in lightroom exact same values.

i looked exif data , seems values relating colour balance identical pictures.

now there 2 possibilities (as far can see):

1. lightroom does, time time, weird while importing pictures.

2. data in raw files different. have no idea cause such behaviour in sensor or in-camera processor.

any hints, experiences or advice on how investigate problem further highly appreciated.

cheers

having same problem olympus cameras (e-pl5, e-m1, e-m5 ii) , thought problem of olympus. serious problem, because i'm shooting timelapces , such colored flicker difficult smooth. , found occurs when i'm making more +2ev stops compensation.

yesterday took 2 sample raw-files has identic exposure looks different in lightroom , opened them in olympus viewer 3 (official software olympus). looking absolutely identic. , because i'm thinking problem of adobe.
