Black bars

i'm beginner , need help. source monitor has rectangular shape, program monitor has changed square (not sure messed up), when render videos youtube , watch them on phone in landscape video, there black edges on left , right, because video isn't taking whole screen. how can fix this?

the problem experiencing because of mismatch in sequence settings.

 

please attach screenshot of sequence settings , media properties.

(select sequence , click on sequence > sequence settings...)

right click on media/footage (in project panel) , select properties.

create sequence of same image size.

let's have footage image size: 1920 x 1080, create sequence of same frame size.

if right click on footage (in project panel) , select 'new sequence clip' automatically create right sequence.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
