CreativeCloud Installer closes instant

hello,

some hours ago, tried uninstall creative cloud because of updating problems.

now when try run installer again, starts thisbildschirmfoto 2016-08-30 um 19.41.06.png

and closes.

i tried adobe cc cleaner , uninstaller, nothing of helpful

im running imac mid 2010 on mac osx el capitain.

please me, need back!

thank you.

uninstall cc including cc desktop app, uninstall adobe creative cloud desktop application

clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer (don't skip this)

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use desktop app install cc programs/trials

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
