Major issues with losing formatting when importing formats FM 2015

when adjust paragraph format in file we'll call "original," , import style other files in book, unrelated formats losing settings. example, simplest format (body) changed 10 pt 12 pt. else having issue??? i've lost week of time re-doing formats. selecting file import carefully, , know formats correct there because when pull file well. appreciated!!!!!!

 

so example, "original" file still has body 10pt.

 

other types of formatting lost:

- indented styles lose indenting

- bulleted styles lose special bullets

 

 

the names of styles still present , correct in files, formatting changing reasons cannot identify.

 

i have never had issue fm before - , it's killing me. applied latest update , still happening.

...one additional detail may important: importing formats dozen files simultaneously.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
