Fatal Error '123' occurred while download

when try install app creative cloud desktop, says download error. unable reach adobe servers.  summary.htm page shows fatal error '123' occurred while download.  install.log says filed create directory @ path: /tmp/f10be12c-d072-49fc-87ae-0dd71f423b9c [sic].  i've tried permissions repair.  permissions /tmp drwxrwxrwt, seems correct.

update:  it's not apps.  lightroom , speedgrade installed fine, , activated.  i'm getting same download error photoshop, bridge, premiere, ae, , ame.  that's i've tried far.  there wrong adobe's servers?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
