Cleaner tool isn't running

i posted post yesterday how did not uninstall creative cloud correctly. able uninstall creative cloud "with errors" , tried run cleaner tool , bounces on application bar.  no prompts come up.

please help!  -  i'm thinking need complete system wipe? pain. need these programs...

check activity monitor , terminate cc process.

uninstall cc using uninstallers including cc desktop app, uninstall adobe creative cloud desktop application

clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer (don't skip this)

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&mspperror=-2147217396)

use desktop app install cc programs/trials

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
