Adobe Digital Editions has suddenly stopped working

i have been using adobe digital editions 4.5.1 on windows 10 until yesterday, when stopped working. when click on desktop icon it, icon ade appears in taskbar, blinking. when hover on icon, thumbnail of "my digital editions" library appears. however, when click on icon in taskbar, digital editions library opens in window on desktop split second only, disappears. i have tried uninstalling , reinstalling it, still won't open. also, per instructions elsewhere in forum, backed previous library up, deleted digital editions folder computer, removed , reinstalled digital media edition. still not open.

 

can advise how fix this?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
