Problems printing pdf files

since downloading latest update windows 10, having problems printing pdf files receive in emails. partially print black lines print type should be. on lenovo yoga500 using hp officejet 7500 e910 printer. other documents print fine on printer. having problem pdf`s. have tried downloading latest drivers, have them already. can help?

could please let know dot version of acrobat installed on computer?

what build number of windows 10?

to see build number is,  hold down windows key , press r on keyboard> type winver , hit enter.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
