how to make a input out put table in a filable text box?

hello all. using adobe acrobat pro 7.0

i have pdf of dungeons , dragons custom character sheet, not want print out. trying turn form fillable character sheet.i have made fillabe text spots not know how make them calcualte proper in put out put table ability score. custom calculation script wants javascript dont know javascript. want  table be

11=0
12=+1
13=+1
14=+2
15=+2
16=+3
17=+3
18=+4
19=+4
20=+5

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
