cordova-plugin-contacts is undefined in WIndows Phone 8.1

i have problem cordova-plugin-contacts undefined on windows phone 8.1

 

i using cli-5.4.1 , windows xap file compiled there error in build log undefined.

the error is

"target "getwinfxpath" skipped, due false condition; (('@(page)' != '' or '@(applicationdefinition)' != '' or '@(resource)' != '') , ('$(getwinfxnativepath)' != '' or '$(getwinfxwowpath)' != '' )) evaluated (('plugins\cordova-plugin-contacts\contactpicker.xaml;cordovalib\cordovaview.xaml;mainpag e.xaml' != '' or 'app.xaml' != '' or 'plugins\cordova-plugin-contacts\contactpicker.xaml;cordovalib\cordovaview.xaml;mainpage. xaml;app.xaml' != '') , ('' != '' or '' != '' ))."

 

i not sure causing problem, did not have problem contacts in same application last time compiled (1-2 month ago).

 

if compiled app on pc there not problem , contacts working expected.

 

is there has change since then?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
