Responsive site not working #newbie

hi ~ new , don't know language yet forgive me. have built first website daughter , small business. don't know don't know i'm not sure search or find tutorial issue.

after uploading ftp server bluehost, fine except mobile versions not scale correctly . i'm sure did creating , hope can fixed because until found muse sold bunch of stuff didn't need or can use. happy @ least done in short time without frustration. please me understand or point me can resolve issue scaling site or whatever call fit mobile , device . thank kindly. if want @ site http://www.myscrubpub.com again help.

this wordpress server... thats problem because wordpress plays nice wordpress

i use adobe bc first , can link 2 later or learn use wordpress instead

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
