Photoshop Elements 5 WIN 10 Organizer don't start since some days

photoshop elements 5 worked fine on win 10 system until days. organizer stopped working. screen don't open. other modules still running.

 

what happened since last win 10 update , can (except buying newer version)?

have tried "restart" machine?  in windows 10, restart required after have done upgrades.  restart, go start >> power.  see picture explains better:

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
