Unable to use Adobe PDF Export services

hello,

 

when click on connect, don't possibility (window) of choosing pdf document converted in word. i'm using imac, elcapitan uptodated.

could please tell how using adobe pdf export services , through reader or going https://cloud.acrobat.com/

are getting error message?

 

also , try perform following steps:

1 -logout application(reader),click on name in top right corner of screen , then  click sign out, close reader.

2- launch reader again , login , try use pdf services.

3- if using https://cloud.acrobat.com/  , click on top right corner of screen , click sign out , close web browser , try again.

4- also, try use web browser login , check if able use services.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
