Lightroom CC importing Lightroom App iphone7 DNG files

i have full subscription of cc , ridiculous have take ages upload , download files online iphone 7/+,  when use usb wire.

also in case after sync saw files downloading, , still downloading after 12 hours. removed data file in library (as suggested in adobe forum), restarted yet in morning files still downloading! , had 12 files iphone 7+ dng files.

is there way work around?

if not, adobe please give possibility download files tethered through usb cable or local wifi network.

could please try moving few images iphone desktop , try importing them?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
