Flickering lines on JPEG Image Sequence in Timeline

hi guys,

 

i've been struggling jpeg 5760 x 3840 sequences in 1920 x 1080 timeline. when drag imported image sequence timeline, creates complete flicker of lines , discolouration on clip. doesn't seem appear when reviewing clip in browser. i've tried assemble in ae , export h.264, avi, native dimensions, once imported premiere same thing. i'm not sure if interlaced / frame rate issue, happens other 4000 x 3000, 25fps video footage well, shot dji osmo.

 

sequence settings - 1920 x 1080, 25p

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
