Acrobat 10 will not open

i upgraded windows 10. cannot launch acrobat. cant reset it. cant find paid phone number support. spent hours on forums , adobe... have project due , cannot open or find support. can please tell me how can contact human @ adobe. or please tell me how reset acrobat 10.

uninstall using uninstaller.

clean per download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs

restart computer.

reinstall acrobat using serial number , installation file(s).
