Sudden Missing Sequence Presets

can tell me why cannot open of premiere saves? when try open them, following message: "this project contained sequence not opened. no sequence preview preset file or codec associated sequence type." archived projects last year won't open, , neither current projects. googled problem , came across few solutions, involving downloading pc files someone's private server. can't because 1) i'm on government device, , 2) device mac.

 

does in way connect fact i'm using enterprise version has never been updated since installed last september– not once– local administrator?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
