PDF Files Can't Find Printer

i'm using latest version of acrobat pro dc on macbook pro running el capitan v10.11.5, trying print hp officejet pro 8500 a909n, , no matter do, no pdf print.  keep getting message file looking printer, , remains hung.

 

the printer *is* online, driver current, , prints fine everywhere else i've tried, not acrobat.

 

the files came dropbox, , after saving them directly hard drive, problem persists.

 

i've tried can think of , can find online troubleshooting, including checking syntax in preflight, , checks out fine.

 

please help; i'm desperate!

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
