Input Lag In Flash Games

i running windows 10 64 bit firefox, , using flash player version 23 beta currently, issue extends flash player 22 first experienced lag.

 

i have been experiencing lag on flash site long time now: fast aiming. gamers training. computers , notebooks gamers.

 

the scores registering lagged. learned of when did fresh install of windows 7 few months ago. averaging 200 points, began averaging 600+. that's tremendous leap. hovering around 4,000-5,000 points, give or take grand, began reaching 10,000 points fresh install.

 

after awhile, began experiencing lag on windows 7 well. i'm not sure changed. should note did fresh install of windows 7 updated windows , lag present. when working disabled windows updates. windows 10 produces lag fresh install , updates disabled.

 

what's more interesting did fresh install of windows 7 on toshiba laptop, has i7, , lag present fresh install on device. so, not computer.

 

i've cleared flash caches, have hardware acceleration enabled, , have turned off protection mode. have tried on browsers explorer, opera, safari, , same. have high-end pc: i7 4790k, gtx 980ti, 16 gb of ram, , benq gaming monitor.

 

i stumped @ point feel have tried everything.

you can see in first example increase gradual. spikes installed windows 7. demonstrates hit target 32 times score of 17000. second picture recent fresh install of windows 10. hit target more times , got score of 4,000 or so. on 10,000 points difference. that's huge!

 

any counseling can offer on issue appreciated.

the content provider best positioned diagnose , resolve issue.  adobe provides content developers excellent profiling tool called adobe scout, should them identify , troubleshoot generic performance issues.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
