Unable to add users

we signed enterprise trial , trying users added. when try add 2 users, says "you cannot add email address account." have not added else account yet know don't have 10 seats filled. has encountered issue , found way fix it?

you have domain white-listed users email address able add user.

 

please send request admin's email account along users email address whom trying add on email address have private messaged you. support team can white-list domain of email address trying add.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
