MP4 issue in Premiere 2015.4

this second time happens.  working on project on laptop via external ssd.  when home load on computer , .mp4 files c100 , gopro not load though other projects started on computer , not laptop load fine.  when try manually link mp4 audio not load.  can please offer solution or @ least acknowledge bug.  last time had import via xml cs6. 

 

i have tried purging cache , deleting scratch files.

sorry inconvenience but, did try manual clean of media cache?

faq: how clean media cache files?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
