Issues Exporting Sequences with Correct Settings for DVD
hi - i'm relatively new premiere, working on project that's important me - life of me cannot figure out export settings correctly.
i've compiled family's home movies few sequences dad's 60th birthday. i've worked on these weeks getting them cleaned , put together. in total, it's 24 hours worth of footage. these videos shot on old video camera in 80s , 90s - kind stuck vhs tape into. end goal put these on either dvd (although guess it's footage one), or flash drive or compiled 1 video.
so far, i've gotten error messages not enough disk space - i've tried breaking sequences , exporting them individually smaller files. now, when export those, videos come out tiny - video centered in larger screen, not fitting size. i've researched aspect ratios , matching settings , i've tried everything. i'm not doing right, don't know what.
i've tried different export settings, sequence settings, , thought following along sequence settings, guess i'm not. although i've been working on weeks, i'm out of time. birthday yesterday, , wished give him finished disc tomorrow. doesn't seem possible since give up!
someone please help! if walk me through sequence settings should be, , export settings should be, , how output video correct size screen, grateful.
i appreciate help,
danielle
to create dvd (single layer 90 minutes, dual layer not quite double that) export using mpeg2-dvd preset , import 2 files (audio , video) encore authoring
to export size video file go on usb memory stick mp4 using h.264 codec popular
as disk space warning... how many hard drives , how free space on each?
