I keep getting a payment error when I try to purchase a single image

hello:

 

ive been trying purchase image hour everytime try pay payment error says:

 

payment error

there problem payment. please try again later or contact adobe tech support.

 

i've tried different browsers, logging out , in again no avail. went check payment details, looked ok.

 

i'm on mac running os x el capitan, cc membership paid in full.

 

im in bit of hurry , have 7 other mages want download. it's driving me crazy: can help?

request please try following:

 

clear browser cache , cookies, refresh page , try purchase flow again.

 

there purchase issue teams have fixed now.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
