Flash 23 Installation Error

using windows 10, firefox, says need update 23 22 when try error message says "application initialization error" , won't install.

i've tried , without mcfee offer, right after reboot before else started, , without avast enabled.

i've tried pages send me in circles.

 

what do?

i'll need log files troubleshoot 'application initialization error'.  please review faq where find flash player installation log on windows? and provide files listed: flashinstall.log, adobe_adm.log , adobe_gde.log, can troubleshoot issue.

 

as alternative, can try using offline installer posted @ bottom of installation problems | flash player | windows 7 , earlier page in 'still having problems' section, however, without installation log files can't troubleshoot why initialization error occurring.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
