Error 1 message with inability to oversave files in In Design?

recent computer repair new video card , replacement of 2 old hard drives new larger 1 has caused confusion. files not find in new hard drive primary project folder moved under favorites easy access. folder has been checked complete access yet cannot seem save on previous files created in design. getting message of error 1 or file cannot saved new name. message of file being damaged? not let me create new doc using elements, giving new name ... gives error code:0 saying file damaged. can save desktop must authenticate replace file in original folder. can to?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
