Can't access .png in PS CS6 64bit but can in 32bit

-

as of 12 hours ago, (that know of) unable save or open .png's in ps cs6 64bit. after hours of  research & comparison of program files, havent been able find answer or see missing 64bit files.
it throws error when try save it, started out as
something not saved (when trying save .png)

but is

ps cs6 not complete request because file not found even though file there, & can opened/accessed/saved in pscs6 32 bit
once has thrown error, says cannot save preferences when closing, when open again, fix performance again, add in drive & if work while without doing .png, closes without throwing error messages, once try open, save .png's, seems throw whole thing out of order.
i have tried re-associating file type.

 

any ideas & help, appreciated.

first thing try resetting photoshop 64 bit preferences.

 

press , hold shift+ctrl+alt keys after starting launch of cs6

(you have quick pressing keys or won't following dialog)

 

keep holding keys down until dialog asking if want delete adobe photoshop settings file

 

press yes

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
