adobe download management not responding

hi use have adobe reader on laptop used read pdf  files .for reason vanished off laptop .
i went adobe downloads download anew vision of reader ( or old ) followed instructions many times download adobe acrobat reader without success.i download adobe reader on laptop. click open . then  click run .which opens adobe download manager .its blank window saying on top bar of window adobe download manager not responding ! have done many many times , same result nothing .
any appreciated.
oh have other adobe software on hard drive adobe flash player 22 activex  , adobe flash player  22 npap1 , adobe shockwave player 12.2

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
